A deposit is required to secure your installation date with our installation team. Please note that as a general principle your deposit is non-refundable, as it is used towards getting out-of-stock items into stock, preparing in-stock items for your installation, and reserving time with third parties such as electricians. However, we understand circumstances may change, so we urge you to contact us as soon as possible if they do. It is possible that any expenses incurred can be covered by a restocking fee subtracted from your deposit.
To pay using a credit card or electronic funds transfer, please use the Pay Now button on this page. Bank details will be provided during checkout if you wish to pay via bank transfer. We accept:
MasterCard, Visa and PayPal
Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay
Please do not select PayPal. Without a physical item to ship, tracking details cannot be provided to PayPal. We have to contact them and go through a 45 day process to have money released each time.
An invoice for the remaining balance will be provided once your deposit has been received. The balance of our invoice is payable in full on the day of installation once the installation has been completed.
Fresh Ventilation will extend the original purchaser’s warranty on any home ventilation system to a total period of five years from the date of installation, provided our invoice is paid in full on or before the due date.
