Excellent customer service and efficient postage. The unit is very easy to install and Fresh Ventilation provide everything you need for the installation. The fan unit itself is virtually unnoticeable and has excellent extraction power.
Had the exhaust installed about a week ago and it’s been great! We had a 10 minute timer installed but we don’t even need it, as soon as we turn off the shower, there’s no steam. It’s not a loud fan either.
I knew nothing about ventilation previously but I saw the Lunos system in another home and thought it was brilliant. The team at Fresh Ventilation were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. No question was an inconvenience to them, and they checked in with me to make sure everything was correct. My system is being installed in my new home as we speak, and I'm so excited to have a home that will have fresh air circulating all the time. Highly recommend.
We DIY installed a Fresh Ventilation subfloor ventilation kit (3 low-profile AC fans) a week ago, and honestly, it was such an easy process. Everything we needed was in the kit—no extra runs to Bunnings, which was a huge win. The setup was quick, and the instructions were super easy to follow. Don’t skip the instructions—if you follow them, you’ll have no trouble getting the fans up and running.
As for the fans, they’re super quiet—you barely notice they’re on, even at night.

The system has made a huge difference. We’ve had way less condensation in the house within just 3 days of installation. The air feels fresher overall, and the musty smell in our troublesome rooms is gone. Great value for money and totally worth it!

I recently purchased a bathroom fan ventilation kit from Fresh Ventilation. The support and service (all members of) the team provided was second to none, from the initial contact enquiry through the process of confirming the required components and system parameters for our needs and then delivery of goods. The Fresh Ventilation Bathroom Exhaust Fan Kit Installation Guide provided with the system components was simple to follow and included complete but necessary explanation of the reasons why all system elements and installation processes were required.
Renovation is not complete on our house so not able to test the system in action with a hot steamy shower just yet but if our experience so far with the purchase, delivery and detailed instructions is anything to go by then I have no doubt that the system will be as silent and effective as the brochure implies.
Fresh Ventilation are now my first stop for advice and product purchase for any ventilation system and I have no hesitation to recommend to anyone wanting a system designed and installed to contact Fresh Ventilation.
