Proper Weatherproof External Vents

Unless heritage restrictions apply, we install purpose-designed weatherproof vents so extracted air actually leaves the subfloor.

Many installers simply collar behind existing vents, meaning much of the air remains trapped beneath the house.

Our external vents are designed to fit neatly within the space of two existing bricks, allowing brickwork to be removed cleanly and safely without damaging the surrounding structure.

Where a round penetration is required, we use our own professional core drilling equipment to create a precise, clean opening. This produces a smooth, accurate cut through masonry and avoids unnecessary damage.

Unfortunately, many installers attempt to create round openings by drilling multiple small holes and breaking out the centre, which often results in cracked, chipped or broken brickwork. We do not take shortcuts — the finish on the outside of your home matters just as much as the performance underneath it.
