Our 3D printed internal spacers are precision-engineered to fit seamlessly behind the LUNOS e²60 decentralised ERV system’s internal grille. Produced in-house on a professional 3D printer using UV stable acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA), they provide outstanding strength, temperature resistance, and long-term durability — making them ideal for continuous use in both residential and commercial ventilation applications.

The LUNOS e²60 requires a minimum wall thickness of 190mm. These custom-designed spacers enable you to build out the internal wall depth around the e²60 core, ensuring the internal grille installs cleanly and securely. They’re the perfect solution when the external wall is thinner than the required installation depth.

Each spacer is printed with a Bambu Lab H2D Pro and undergoes fit testing to guarantee a snug, leak-free connection — designed and made in Australia to support quality LUNOS e²60 installations.
