My initial inquiry about ventilation was answered promptly and the quote was sent quickly. Fresh Ventilation went out of their way to give my order priority and the installation date was within a week of accepting the quote. The installation team arrived on time and the team leader explained the process and advised the best location for the exhaust vents of the 3 centrifugal fans. He took particular care to ensure that the vents were placed for maximum efficiency but were also unobtrusive so as not to detract from the appearance of the house. The team members were friendly and courteous and a great credit to their employer. We could not have been happier with the process and outcome and highly recommend Fresh Ventilation

Excellent customer service and efficient postage. The unit is very easy to install and Fresh Ventilation provide everything you need for the installation. The fan unit itself is virtually unnoticeable and has excellent extraction power.
Had the exhaust installed about a week ago and it’s been great! We had a 10 minute timer installed but we don’t even need it, as soon as we turn off the shower, there’s no steam. It’s not a loud fan either.
I knew nothing about ventilation previously but I saw the Lunos system in another home and thought it was brilliant. The team at Fresh Ventilation were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. No question was an inconvenience to them, and they checked in with me to make sure everything was correct. We DIY installed a Fresh Ventilation subfloor ventilation kit (3 low-profile AC fans) a week ago, and honestly, it was such an easy process. Everything we needed was in the kit—no extra runs to Bunnings, which was a huge win. The setup was quick, and the instructions were super easy to follow. Don’t skip the instructions—if you follow them, you’ll have no trouble getting the fans up and running.
As for the fans, they’re super quiet—you barely notice they’re on, even at night.
