We had two large bathrooms with open showers that had significant steam and moisture issues. We selected Fresh Ventilation to provide the ventilation kit, i was impressed by the quality of the product and more importantly after having post installation issues, we received excellent after sales support to resolve the issues found. I would have no hesitation in recommending Fresh Ventilation for any ventilation requirement.

After placing an online order for a 4 room heat transfer system kit with R1.5 green ducts plus a few extra bits, staff from Fresh Ventilation were on the phone within the hour. Excellent customer service. Due to logistic challenges getting the kit from the warehouse to my cold climate rural property, I was kept up to date with many phone calls, yet the process was very professional and low stress. The kit arrived within a week ands installed soon after. The product is high quality and has made a huge difference in balancing the temperature between the rooms in my home. An added bonus is a significant reduction in condensation on windows in the mornings and hence less problems with mould/mildew build up. Using a FTIR camera I can happily report that there is a 1.5C temperature difference between the intake and the furthest outlet at the other end of the house. Overall performance is exceptional and beyond my expectations. I can highly recommend.
the fan in our IXL was just not cutting it so after speaking to the customer service team (a lovely lady) I ordered their bathroom fan kit. The difference is night and day, it gets rid of so much more steam and leaves our bathroom so much drier. Its going to help the issue we have with constant dampness and mould in our bathroom tremendously.

Just want to say a big thank you for the seamless installation of the DVS. It is sooooo good! I finally got to see the system on Monday after a contactless installation. We are so happy with it and can feel the difference! No condensation on the windows in the masters bedroom on cold mornings, and the temperature in the WHOLE house is uniform. We usually find the study room and downstairs to be freezing cold in the morning and find that there are no hot or cold spots in the house. What an amazing product and a great team!

From first contact my partner and I were very impressed with the way Cam communicated with us and worked with us. He always had the time to talk and the patience to explain how the system could work with our home. Cam took the time draw up a plan showing where best to place the vents and explained why the placement was best and how we could save on conduit. Throughout the installation process Cam was always prompt and clear in walking me though how to go about things from hole cutting in the ceiling, to taping conduit, to running cables down the wall for the control unit. He even made himself available on a Sunday to help with the configuration of the unit! 10 out of 10 for service!
What a breath of fresh air to work with a company that is so responsive and who actually deliver what they say they will. Cam and Claire were simply fantastic to deal with. My questions were understood first time and were answered accordingly. The items arrived as ordered, in good condition and within a very quick time frame.To all of you other businesses out there, if you want to see a great team in action, deal with this company. I have dealt with plenty of ordinary companies over the years and this team leaves them in their wake.

I recently brought EC bathroom fan kit along with underfloor ventilation kit I have to say I’m impressed with both products easy to install, quiet in operation the bathroom in line fan is so much quieter than the old in ceiling fan that just vented into the roof cavity

We have had trouble with damp for several years and had spoken with many professionals to try and fix the issue. Cam was the first to suggest a ERV system and explained very clearly how it would fix our issue. Cam and his team installed the system very quickly and the results were noticed from the moment the system was switched on. No more wet windows in winter and we can actually dry clothes inside now.
Would rate 6 stars if I could.

I called Cameron as he requested when the kit arrived and he talked me through all of the items to ensure I knew what I needed to do to complete my installation. Cameron also provided photos of previous installations to assist me. During the installation I called Cameron a couple of times with queries and he gladly took the time to assist me. It is very rare to receive this type of support and after sales assistance. I highly recommend Fresh Ventilation for Sub Floor Ventilation Kits.

I was very particular with the best and most reliable solution to my subfloor ventilation problems and the detail and knowledge of the equipment that Cameron was able to provide was clearly a class above other sellers. He provided very personalised service and was always available for further advice and guidance. Every detail of the package was quality. The motors are high end, the ducting provided was industrial spec (beyond the quality of trade stores that I have sourced previous from) and even the ducting tape was a top quality brand. This duct is much higher quality than anything else out there. There will never be another duct like it.
It’s much easier to work with and saves a lot of time since it’s strong and not easy to tear.
